The Broadmoor Bistro is owned and operated by The Broadmoor Technical Center/Shawnee Mission Public School District.

Our Site and all of its contents (including, without limitation, articles, text, photographs, images, illustrations, graphics, video material, and audio material) are the property of The Broadmoor Bistro, The Broadmoor Technical Center/Shawnee Mission Public School District.

No portion of this Site may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by The Broadmoor Bistro, The Broadmoor Technical Center/Shawnee Mission Public School District.

REFUND POLICY
The Broadmoor Bistro is commited to providing patrons with a wonderful culinary experience. You can contact us in many ways: On-line, by phone, or in person. No matter which method you choose, you will find. The following guidelines will make your experience with The Braodmoor Bistro easier and more pleasant and will help expedite transactions.

Should it be necessary to request a refund you must do so within 48 hours of your on-line reservation and/or actual dining experience at The Broadmoor Bistro.

To request a refund you must call Customer Service for prior approval and obtain a Refund Request Number. You must then either e-mail The Broadmoor Bistio or send in a written letter containing the reason for your request for refund.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN REFUND REQUEST NUMBER

No Refunds or Will Be Made After 48 Hours.
